The results

More people got in touch with Prime Music

Prime Music is a booking agency for music, DJs and artists for everything from weddings and corporate parties to school events and town festivals. The partnership with acend has been running for 1.5 years and is still ongoing, focusing on all areas of SEO: content, link building and technical SEO.

The impact is directly reflected in the number of enquiries: from May 2025 to May 2026, total enquiries rose from 23 to 106 per month — an increase of over 360%. The growth in calls and emails is particularly interesting: phone enquiries increased 24-fold, and emails more than 13-fold, while contact form enquiries increased by 175%. This suggests an increase in both visibility and trust in the brand, not just more traffic.

A 1.5-year partnership — and still going.

The problem

The demand was already there

Prime Music just needed the right entry points from Google.

01 —No content for searches that can also generate bookings

Searches such as “music for a town festival”, “music for a Christmas party” and “music for a school party” had no page to rank for them at all. In other words, Prime Music was invisible at the very moment someone was planning a specific event and searching for music for the occasion.

02 —The artist pages were not optimised

A large share of search traffic comes from people searching directly for a specific artist or DJ they want to book. The individual artist pages were not optimised to capture that demand.

03 —Poor rankings for broad agency keywords

For the broad keywords that define the category itself — “music booking agency”, “booking agency” — Prime Music ranked well down on Google, competing with other established agencies.

The solution

We built more entry points to Prime Music

Each specific search gained its own relevant way in: occasions, artists, a technical SEO foundation and a structure that is also ready for AI search.

AI discovery — LLMs.txt

New pages for searches with no existing coverage

We started by creating content for keywords that had no page to rank for them at all — focusing on “music for” plus the specific occasion: Christmas parties, town festivals, school parties, Friday drinks, 50th birthdays and 12½-year wedding anniversaries.

Full focus on individual artists

Once the foundations were in place, we turned our attention to optimising pages for individual artists and DJs, so Prime Music captures searches from people who already know whom they want to book.

Content, link building and technical SEO working together

We had engaging copy produced, created specific page titles and meta descriptions site-wide, and implemented relevant schema markup — including organization schema and artist schema — combined with link building that strengthens the site's overall authority.

Ready for AI search: LLMs.txt

We have also implemented LLMs.txt to make it easier for AI models and LLMs to read and understand the site's content — staying one step ahead as more people start searching for artists and booking agencies through AI tools, not just traditional Google searches.

The partnership

Built in phases — and still ongoing

The partnership with Prime Music has been running for 1.5 years and is still ongoing. The order of the work — first content for searches that were not covered at all, then artist pages, alongside ongoing technical and AI-ready optimisation — is the result of a long, phased process in which priorities have continually been adjusted according to what delivered the greatest impact.
