Persondatapolitik & behandling af data

Introduction acend uses essential functions to run the site and save your cookie preferences. External content, analytics and marketing are only activated after your active consent. You can reject optional cookies and still use the site and contact us.

Cookie choices and Google Consent Mode v2

All optional categories are disabled until accepted. You can choose external content, analytics and marketing separately. The current Google Tag Manager contains both analytics and marketing and therefore only starts when both have been accepted. We use basic mode and do not send cookieless advertising or analytics signals before this consent. Google ad_user_data remains denied; the banner does not provide consent for matching using contact details.

Information, purposes and recipients

Analytics: Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager receives visit information, page views, browser information and cookie IDs for analytics and site improvements. Marketing: Google and Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, actions and cookie IDs to measure advertising effectiveness, optimise ads and target advertising. The site’s lead tracking does not send the name, email address or phone number from the contact form as matching data.

Ahrefs Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are only loaded after you accept analytics. Ahrefs is used for visitor statistics. Microsoft Clarity is used to analyse interactions, heatmaps and session replays and may store cookies. The providers may receive visit and browser information as well as the page visited. When analytics consent is withdrawn, the page reloads without these scripts, and accessible Clarity cookies on this domain are deleted.

External content: HubSpot provides forms and YouTube provides videos. They are only loaded after you accept external content and receive your IP address, browser information and the page visited; they may store cookies. The site sets HubSpot’s visitor tracking to do-not-track. You can use our own contact form without accepting external content. Form information is used to handle your enquiry; cookie preferences do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Documentation and retention

Your cookie preferences apply for 180 days. We store a random visit ID, time, country or unknown, choices and the displayed text/version as consent documentation with our hosting providers and data processors. Acceptance and withdrawal are documented separately. The documentation is not shared with advertising platforms and is retained only for as long as necessary for documentation purposes.

Changes and withdrawal

Open Cookie settings at the bottom of the page to change or withdraw consent. Opening the settings does not change your choice until you save. Withdrawal stops new tracking, updates Consent Mode and reloads the page to remove external scripts. Your choice is synchronised across tabs. Previous lawful processing is not affected. Cookies on this domain that the site can remove are deleted; third-party cookies and information already collected may require deletion by the provider or in your browser.

International transfers

Google, Meta, HubSpot, YouTube, Ahrefs and Microsoft may process information outside the EU/EEA. Transfers must have a valid legal basis, such as relevant EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact info@acend.dk for information about the specific data processors and legal bases for transfers.

E-mailmarketing

Newsletters require separate consent; your cookie preferences or a standard contact enquiry do not subscribe you. You can unsubscribe through the emails you receive or contact info@acend.dk.
