13 months
from no digital presence whatsoever
- Leads from searches where a specific construction project is already taking shape — not broad traffic without purchase intent.
- A steady pipeline of enquiries the sales team can follow up on.
- Visibility among all four types of decision-makers involved with the product — even long before the project goes out to tender.
- A new website built from scratch as part of a complete rebrand.
That figure is worth comparing with the starting point: 13 months ago, there was no digital presence to measure whatsoever.
The problem
Strong product — no visibility
Altiflex had virtually no online presence. So the first step was not to optimise anything existing, but to map out what a digital presence should actually look like for them.
Two things made the task more complex than a typical lead generation project.
There is not one decision-maker — there are four
They have very different starting points and concerns, and they are not persuaded by the same argument. For a solution like Altiflex's to gain traction, everyone involved needs to be won over.
The team on site
Need to install it quickly and work behind it every day.
The construction consultant
Assesses cost, operations and risk when choosing a method.
The architect
Incorporates the solution as early as the design phase.
The decision-maker
Signs off — and needs to know the product beforehand.
The decision is made long before the search
In construction, the method is often chosen during the design phase, months before anyone looks anything up on Google. At the same time, Altiflex needed to be the company people found when they finally searched. Both challenges needed solving — not one or the other.
The solution
A foundation that can be found — and a presence that influences the decision
The task called for two things at once: being found when people search — and being present long before they do.
We built the website from scratch as part of a comprehensive rebrand. The result is a significantly more modern look that matches the product Altiflex actually sells — and a site built to be found and convert, not just exist.
For SEO, we made a deliberate choice: away from broad visibility and towards the searches that actually bring in customers. Rather than chasing impressions from irrelevant traffic, we focused on the primary keywords and worked systematically to move them higher up the rankings.

klikrate
Impressions have dropped, and that is intentional: Altiflex now gets virtually the same number of clicks from a quarter of the impressions. That is not less visibility — it is visibility in the right place.

In a niche market, the number of clicks is not what matters — what matters is whether the right projects find you. We started with thorough keyword research focused on high purchase intent. The account is actively managed, with ongoing optimisation of ads and keywords, so the budget continually shifts towards the searches that actually turn into enquiries — combined with ongoing improvements to the landing pages. In a market where there is no unlimited supply of traffic to buy, this is how growth happens.
This is where the case differs from a classic lead generation setup. We advertise on both Meta and LinkedIn to reach decision-makers where they actually are — and the creatives are built around each decision-maker's specific challenge. The architect needs a different argument from the site foreman.
The aim is not to secure an enquiry on the spot, but to build awareness among everyone in the decision-making chain while the project is still on the drawing board. The channels therefore work together rather than separately: social media creates demand, and search engines capture it.
The partnership
All channels in one place — and one person to call
One point of contact for everything
Altiflex has the same dedicated point of contact to discuss everything marketing-related, supported by specialists in each channel.
acend handles the day-to-day work
Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and SEO are managed and optimised together in one place. This is essential for the channels to work together rather than compete for credit for the same lead.
Regular status meetings and ongoing ad hoc support
A regular follow-up schedule, combined with room for tasks that come up along the way.
Flexible start, no long-term commitments
The partnership has to make sense month after month.
